I came across an article in which Dr. Michael Klaper addresses questions regarding the link between certain foods and joint pain. I saw online where a woman posted that she had eliminated nightshade vegetables from her diet and noticed significant less amount of pain in her joints. I found this article to be very interesting. My mom suffers from a great deal of joint pain and I passed it along to her, but I wanted to share it with all of you as well!
